Default WTT: J's Racing Circuit N1 exhaust

Ok, so I got this exhaust, love it, and have to get rid of it. This weekend a couple people (who may be my future bosses) told me to "put a muffler" on it, so I have to get rid of the exhaust. Technically I think they were jealous b/c I beat their Porsche Carerra Turbo, and were just joking around with me, but I've decided not to chance it, so it's finding a new home.

I'm looking to trade for something quieter ... I have a GT Motoring single exhaust cap that is taped on with 3M tape, but will come off easily, and a Berk test pipe. So, if you want to trade me for a dual, you can have the cap as well, and if you have a header-back, you can have the test pipe. Cash on either end will depend on what exhaust you are putting up, don't be afraid to offer something b/c you think it may be too loud, I'll decide for myself.

I live in Jacksonville, FL -- I'll travel w/in reason, but it's gotta be worth it ... I'm not traveling to Miami for an HKS exhaust, but I'll go for an Amuse exhaust.

Basically here are the specs:

2mm stainless catback
60.5mm inner diameter (equates to 63mm exhaust)
17 lbs.
J's dyno'd it at 15whp gain when paired w/ their test pipe. I believe them.

The exhaust has a stainless resonator welded in by Stage 6 Motorsports (amazing shop, great job on the welding) that affects performance in no way, but does make the exhaust manageable. Originally the exhaust sold for $1200-1900, comparable to the new J's Racing exhausts, and although it does have a resonator welded in, it is probably one of the rarest exhausts you will ever see. It has been discontinued for 5 years and, as far as I know, is one of like 3 of these currently in the US. If you want, I will have Stage 6 take out the resonator and weld the stainless straight pipe back in, but be warned that it will be loud. Like, Super Taiku loud. Fellow JDM guys and girls will love it Anyway, here is a pic and a video clip of it, check it out and let me know what you have.

Video

ALSO: I will sell it for a reasonable offer (i.e. one where I could turn around and buy a comprable, quieter exhaust), so feel free to send one, but mainly looking for a trade. I need to get rid of this soon, so no reasonable offers will be refused.

Price: $600 outright (lowered!) or $400 + OEM exhaust

EDIT: Exhaust cap is sold, thanks!

Oh, and unlike the newer J's Racing exhausts, this can be hung straight or at an angle, I currently have it hung straight.

Nice exhaust. How do you change the angle on it? I have never heard of that.

You change the rubber hangers, you can do it with almost any exhaust, unless it's already made to come out at an angle. Before they made exhausts like that, a lot of people in Japan (and then, consequentially, the US) used to do that to angle the exhaust.

Oh, I should point out that I am only looking for other Japanese exhausts, so no Invidia ... but thank you for the interest, that was my fault.

I don't think the stock AP2 exhaust is going to look right on an AP1 rear, but thanks
