I have decided that I want to become a better driver and venture out to bigger and better tracks...the problem is that I need more safety equipment among other things so the turbo has to go. I can't justify shelling out even more $$ than I already have just to get back on track. Those of you who know me and have seen the car can vouch for the kit. It is 100% and has been running strong for 24 months plus. No issues at all, even on track. The wastegate has been placed low down to reduce heat...the turbo manifold has been made so you can retain all of the factory shields etc..no boost creep at all. This kit was purpose built for a track/street car..it isn't one of those monster power kits. The turbo was sized to bring on torque as quick as possible...think of it as a bigger, more efficient Greddy kit.
I hate to sell the kit so If I don't get what I want it just means I won't be going racing as much as I like. Detailed description and pics below. Kit is scheduled to be removed within two weeks...immediately if payment is made. Install can be arranged through the shop (LHT).
- LHT Shorty Manifold
- Precision Turbo (forgot the specs, will look tomorrow)
- Tial MVS Wastegate
- Greddy Intercooler
- 2.5 inch LHT Aluminum Piping
- 3 inch Stainless LHT downpipe with recirculated dumptube.
- 3 inch LHT Intake with K&N filter
- Custom heat shielding
- Tial 50mm Blow Off Valve
- Samco 4 ply Couplers
- All necessary vacuum lines
- -10 AN fittings and stainless line for return
- -3 stainless crimped feed line
Car made 312 whp at 10 psi with the stock exhaust.I have the dyno sheet somewhere...trying to find it.
