Bought the kit brand new and installed in Summer of 2019 but only put about ~5,000 miles on it. The turbo is a Precision 6062 Gen2 Ball Bearing Turbo. Spools extremely quick and power is very linear, almost supercharger-like.

There is no relocation required of any of the major components within the bay like the battery or fusebox.

My AP2 made 390 hp and 240 ft lb at 8 lb with a conservative tune. Turbo should be good for up to 600 rwhp. This kit utilizes v-band clamps so there's a nice and tight fit with less likelihood of leaks.

Kit is missing only the AN fitting that is welded to my oil pan. Nothing is broken. The turbo is still in perfect shape. The downpipe is cerakoted as you can see in the picture.

Extras that come with the kit:

1. VTEC Oil Pressure Block off plug
2. Vacuum Splitter
3. ebay generic Vacuum Distribution Block
4. Turbo Blanket
5. Oil Feed Fitting (Comes with Kit but forgot to add it in the original picture)
6. Various Tial Springs either for the BOV or Wastegate I forget which, maybe both?
7. Extra flange for the Tial wastegate / BOV
8. Heat Wrap

I have an ap1 and was thinking of doing a full blown turbo kit. 2 questions, is this the kit which requires no relocations like battery, fuse box, etc. And what is the purpose of the vtec oil plug?

The vtec oil pressure sensor is used by the stock ECU so that it knows when to engage vtec. You can install the kit and not plug it but I don't like how the wires are touching the downpipe and at a bad angle so instead I removed the sensor, tied it up, screwed this in place and then had my ECM control VTEC engagement. It's optional, but I'd recommend it with this kit.

And yes there is no relocation required of any components with this kit.

After doing a little research, having already installed an Aem infinity, upgraded injectors, map sensor and fuel pump I have found I no longer need the vtec pressure switch or the aux air pump.Your kit sounds like a good deal!

it’s not hard, my friend and I did it over 2 weekends and neither of us took apart an s2000 prior to the turbo install. I think the hardest part is you need to use an angle grinder to cut a small piece of metal off the crossbar. It’s like a 2” by .5” piece.

These are the instructions for the Stage 1 version but the only difference is the cutting of the crossbar with Stage 2 kit I’m selling.
