Details about the Car:

Original Owner-Purchased Sept. 2002 off showroom floor.
Stored on lift in my garage and hasn't seen rain in over 10 years
Original Top w/glass in perfect shape-no holes or tears, Treated and Cleaned with Raggtopp
Never Wrecked or repainted. No accidents- All matching VIN's

Complete history of all maintenance performed and was completed prior to required scheduling. Only Honda Fluids were used at servicing.
Factory Wheels without curb rash but have a few minor marks. Bridgestone Potenza S-02's, Fronts have plenty of tread but haven't gauged yet, Rears have some tread but will need replacing.
Original factory radio/cover and speakers.
Original Shifter, Steering Wheel- never removed.

Under the hood:
New Honda Replacement Battery (4/18) with receipt if needed
Original Air Intake
AP1 Exhaust Retainers/Keeper's swapped over to AP2 August 2012 @68k miles, No visible signs of damage but replaced anyway.
Installed NRG Carbon Hood dampers- Still have original hood brace.

Interior:
Installed Heated Seat Elements with hi/off/lo settings Feb 2008 (Work Perfectly) Switches installed by Cig Socket
Completed Modifry Accessory Power Socket/Trunk Switch Mod during install of heated seats.
Original Carpet and Mats- No stains but does show some heel mark near gas pedal.
Leather seats are in perfect shape and interior still smells new. Never smoked or eaten in.
Dash and all trim are in perfect shape.
Have original Tonneau Cover but seldom used.
Trunk- Spare Tire/Jack and accessory kit original
A/C Blows Cold as new.

Exterior:
Berlina Black Paint
Hood and front bumper cover does have the normal paint chips
Shaved S2000 Side Emblems but still have originals.
Installed Clear Side Markers but still have original amber.
Removed and Installed Front/Rear Smoked Badges (I believe they're from Hardtop Guy-Can't Remember)
Original Rear Spoiler
Installed Factory Front Lip a few years after purchase with factory paint.
Paint has been maintained and treated with Menzerna
Key inserts in doors/trunk Berlina Black (removable)

Exhaust:
HKS Hi-Power Exhaust installed Oct. 2006
Hi-flow Cat with O2 Sensor installed August 2017 but can reinstall Original Cat if needed.

Brakes:
Installed Goodridge Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines - Aug. 2012 (68k Miles at install for Lines, Rotors and Pads)
Installed Centric Rotors Front & Rear - Aug. 2012
Installed EBC Yellow Pads - Aug. 2012
I still have original Rotors/Pads - Labeled and boxed. Rotors and Pads have little wear.
Calipers were removed and painted black Aug. 2007- No chips and documented every step on the Gateway Forum

I have all the original materials-owners guide, window sticker etc. 2 Key/ FOB's and 1 Original Valet Key
Clean title in hand.

Dang, that car is so clean for it having 82k mi. New owner will be so pleased.

Thanks most of the miles are highway. Was a daily driver for the first 4 years.
