Thumbs up Anyone on Bridgestone S-04 Pole Positions

Sometime before next season, I'll need to replace my OEM RE050 Bridgestones... Looking for input on Max Performance Summer replacements - does anyone here have experience with the Bridgestone S-04 PPs, or the Michelin PSSs? (stock sizes on an AP2)

I had the Pilot supersports (discontinued ps2's). Loved them, thought they were the best tires ever. but then.... one was damaged beyond repair so I had to get four new tires (JUST had my rears replaced 1,000 miles earlier, but couldn't find a replacement pilot sport ps2). Anyway, I switched to the Goodyear F1 Asymmetric and I'm amazed. I got the all season version since I'll probably need to drive this car through some snow. They grip like nothing I've driven before. I'd imagine the F1 asymmetric 2's are unbelievable as well.

I appreciate the reply. The F1 asymmetric 2s appear to come in just behind the Michelins & Bridgestones in TireRack's test. Concerned that they thought the steering & handling wasn't quite as sharp on the GYs - those aspects of performance are high priorities for me...
