Mileage and Security
Small gas tank! What do you get -- maybe 250 miles on a tank of gas?
Also, the talk at Stefanina's the other night about the car stolen on the Florida Keys has me worried. How likely are these cars to be stolen? I mean, I plan on taking some long trips, and hate to think about losing my new baby. What can be done to minimize the chances of theft? This might be a good topic when we get together.
Thanks!

My highway planning range is 300 miles per tank running 10 or 15 "over." I need to stretch my legs after that much time anyway.
Ragtops are theft magnets parked anywhere other than in a locked garage but you're stuck on a road trip. Locking the car requires a thief to simply cut the roof to get inside. Best to not have anything valuable inside to attract them.
