refers to where they'll go if they click on the picture. Your post made it sound like that you wanted them to go to a certain site when they click on the picture.

Shows the picture, then closes the "clickable" part of the image. If you just want to post the image, just use the "img src" part.

Before you close the "http://blah.com/blah.jpg

would show the pic with those specifications.
