Mine is 14+ years old and still chugging. Replaced all the seals and some other little parts, but I think that because it's older and doesn't really have any real electronics in it it just keeps chugging along.

That would be a serious emergency in my house. How do you heat up frozen pizza?

Honestly, aside from that (the occasional pizza) we never had a use for it. Now that we got one (got a new one before t-giving) I think it has been used 3 times.

Bobbie uses our constantly. In fact, I think she is going to replace ours soon because it was acting up over the holidays. That is a no-go item for her.

The range top gets the most action from Melissa. I mean I eat like a 5th grader... I am picky and I am lazy so I eat like eggo waffles etc. Not a foodie. Eating is more like a chore than anything else to me... I can't tell you how many times I come home from work and it is 8:00 and I still haven't eaten and I am in this constant struggle of knowing I need to eat something but just am not hungry.

I use the oven all the time too.
I'm like you though, Alex. Eating is a chore, gets in the way of other things, but I like to eat good things if I'm going to eat. So I'll make fish or meatloaf or baked ziti or whatever.

It's peanut butter most of the time or microwave bacon.

The only think I dislike more than spending time eating is spending time cooking. When I am on my own, it is almost always something frozen I can just toss in a skillet and warm up. Or frozen chicken fingers.

But I have Bobbie so I actually eat really, really well. I got her an InstantPot for Christmas and she has been coming up with all kinds of really interesting dishes from it. I'm glad that she enjoys it because it is, IMHO, A LOT of work. I'm just like you guys... I'd never do it.
