Jeff... how right you are. There's this guy @ my local cigar haunt who is a REGULAR. That's what he does. He only does landscaping, trash etc. He lives in the community. He has no other job. So apparently they're paying him enough money so he can afford our disgusting, money burning vice.

There is money in landscaping. Most people don't want to do it because the hours and the working conditions pretty much suck most of the time. There are entire armies of those guys who patrol the areas around the building I work in and the residential neighborhoods around them. This is a very expensive area to live in but still... I think it is excessive. It is all the HOA's and building managers that pay for them.
