My college hand egg team looked the worst they have ever looked. Ever. It has been raining all weekend. My car looks clean as a result. I got about 95% of my Halloween get up done.

So apparently there is no order resolution whatsoever on Amazon... if there is, it is so buried I can't find it. I don't have a problem, but my coworker seems to be missing a package that says delivered. IMO, the shipper is responsible for finding out what happened and there is nothing to initiate that on their site. Sucks to be her I guess

If it was shipped with UPS and they have a tracking number they can initiate an investigation directly with UPS. If it was USPS they're pretty much buggered.
