We are deep in vacation season now and I am finding it harder and harder to get anything done. I send an email to a group of five people and three of them come back with "out of office" replies.

The insects are crazy out where I live. Especially with it being as wet as it has been. You got bugs then you got bats. I love having them because they clean the joint up.

I see hawks pretty often but what I never see (and I think this is really odd) are the owls. Everything else is creeping around out there - we even have a decent sized black bear wandering around - but I never see or hear owls.
