I guess you can make that arguement if you're talking about Net assets, but really you can't count it as an asset until you sell it (for more than you paid for it). Who knows that the woman with the multiple credit card debt didnt buy something worth over her debt amount? It would still be a liquid asset.

I got it - got through Chapter 1

I liked the demo so, of course, I like the game.
