As you can probably tell, I have HUGE issues for employers that don't give a rats ass about the people that work for them. I firmly believe that 99.9% of all bosses will fire anyone on their staff if they can see an even loose justification for doing so. I do NOT think that anyone should be loyal to people like that. Being polite is one thing but, when it is in your best interests to split, do not hesitate to do so.
