It might help to know what color you are looking for. In either case, get in touch with Colin, since he's your best bet. I know of one owner selling his red '00 S2000 that's coming out to our meet on Sunday.

color doesnt matter much, but black is preferred

Hey Rick and Vic -

I just sold my 2000 Friday. Got 28K for it....

So, now waitin' for the new ones...
There is only one other S2K in the paper and I think that they were asking about 32.5 for it. Silver one - 2000 model. Good luck, Vic!

Just cause I was curious, I went over to Pfleugar to deal on a 2001 Silver one. ALMOST did the deal, as they called my bluff - got them to accept my offer. If you are curious as to thier final, let me know, I thought it was suprisingly good.... Well under MSRP.

But, I walked away - really waiting for the 2002 models.

Look for me in Silver at the next rally, I have deemed it worthy ....
:)

Hey Josh! Sorry, forgot to e-mail you the address for MG Racing for the HyperRev magazine. Well, since you're here, just click on the banner in the list of sponsors. Let us know when you get the '02 S2k. Curious about the glass window, etc...
Also, since you also owned the original '00 model year, I'm curious to hear your comments about the improvements made to the tranny.

Hey Josh...
Just curious on what price Pfleuger agreed to sell a 2001 for.
Maybe Ill wait til Dec. to get them down in price even more.

Thanks,
Vic

We settled on $32,500 + fees (tax already included) for the silver one with 72 miles on it......

So, backing that out, I think the price of the car would be:

(1/1.04166666) *32500 = 31,200

No trade in, and started at 30,800.

Good luck.
