Yea it's pretty negligible. I'm pretty sure we'll be coming out of pocket once everything is said and done but we'll see. A garage is on my must have list, which maybe that's why the housing I'm seeing is limited. My EM1 was stolen out here so I'm not playing the outside parking game anymore.

^^ i always hated living on base since i rather immerse myself with the local community and food. when i was in okinawa we had no car port after moving on base
^there is some duplex/quadplex housing in the salt lake/nex area with single car garages but open to everyone since actually not part of the jbphh. sorry about the em1.
