Bench 285 Dead 495 Snatch 155 Clean and Jerk 215 BW 175 I don't really care for Powerlifting. Did it a few times but Strongman competitions are more fun. Wouldn't mind competing in weightlifting but my technique is garbage. |
All I ever did was bench in a powerlifting meet. I normally just did a body building routine but trained for this event for a couple of months. Weighed in at 146 and benched 305. I got a nice trophy and went back to regularly scheduled workouts. I came to the conclusion that I am not built for heavy lifting and my body wouldn't take that kind of training.

I did a few meets back in the 1990's when in my late teens early 20's. Unfortunately back then raw lifting wasn't popular yet. So in single ply:
Squat 534 bench 402 deadlift 600 I later did a 405 bench raw but not in a meet. |
