Do you have a naturally bigger body type? I'm 6'3 and I can't get past 210...

Also, I hate cardio that doesn't involve some sort of competition, basketball/soccer etc. So I started hot yoga, burns around 700 calories, helps with breathing better and stretching, it's relaxing and lots of booty to look at during the class

Not a chance I'd get past 25 reps at that weight. Good on you for being able to push through that and just getting back into things

I hate cardio that is on a hamster wheel. This is why I do it outside of the gym unless absolutely necessary. This is why I like walking along the trail by my work. Very pretty scenery to talk my mind off the cardio work. I have wanted to try hot yoga but never done any yoga before and finding the time for it is tough.

I am definitely a naturally bigger guy but there is way to much fat right now. If I can drop a good chunk of that I will be happy.

Yeah. Any suggestions for a fairly cheap bike? I had a single speed but got rid of it since it was not pleasant to ride. Don't want to spend to much since I'm not going for crazy rides.

First gotta figure out what biking you want to do. I mountain bike and really like it, just don't trust other people on the road. One accident can be BAD, not that you can't get hurt MTBing but usually not as bad.

As for a bike you can spend from $200 to $8000+ on a bike. I would take a look on Craiglist to see what is out there. Nothing wrong with a couple year old well maintained bike, you will save a shit load over buying new.

Get a bicycle. The walking isn't nearly enough for your size. Or jump in the swimming pool. Try spin class - if I don't have a match fro 2-3 days I'll pop into a spin class and come out drenched and knackered!

Yes. And the first thing I would do is get fitted at a reputable bike shop. Being cheap due to your circumstances is not a bad idea, but it's key to buy a bike that fits you.

Cool sounds good. And spin class is a definition of hell for me so no thanks to that. I would probably just be riding it along some of the bike trails around me so no need for anything crazy.

I am down to 230 as of this morning so it is going good!
