I'm down about 17-20 lbs in 4 months and will be transitioning again my eating habits and training habits (although it's not really training for something specific, but I have a body physique and energy level goal - i guess you could say i'm training for golf, as silly as that may sound, but it has been going well for my game so far). I'll probably start a thread on it soon since a lot of people have been very helpful so far on here.
