Default FS/FT 17" 5Zigen FN01R-C Flat Black

Well, I just got these last month, and I've decide I don't want flat black. The car looks like it's ready for the track all the time. However, I'd prefer something a little more shiny for those occassions (which is almost always) when I'm not tracking the car.

I had issues with the installer scratching the edges of the center on the two front rims during balancing. The f'ers said that it is going to happen, so they said they were not liable. And, also remarked, "they'll get covered up by the center caps anyways." The good news was that they were right. They only nick visible is a small one where I accidently dropped the lugnut key.

I ran with the center caps for few weeks, but liked the look without the center caps. The paint chips aren't overly noticeable, especially because I painted my centers.

They are powder coated flat black, and the nicks can be covered up temporarily with some flat black paint. I had planned on repowder coating them later, but decided to just trade or sell them. I don't have an extra set of rims to use while I get them powder coated.

Here's the specs:

Fronts
17x7 ET 48, 16lbs
Yoko AVS ES 100 225/45-17

Rear
17x8 ET 43, 17lbs
Yoko AVS ES 100 245/40-17

These are lighter than the stock 17's and possibly 16's. Overall, I don't rub with stock height, and UK alignment. However, on very big dips or bumps at higher speeds, the rear driver would occassionally rub, very slightly. I have approximate 1000 miles them now >90% tread left.

Now only $1300 SHIPPED!! You save about $150 shipping, and I'll cover the PayPal fee!! Reasonable offers will also be considered. I am also willing to do trades.

If you'd like to pick up, I'd be willing to part with them for $1150!

I live the SF bay Area. Local sale or trade would be great!!

Flush with fenders (passenger side) Battery in my camera ran out so didn't take pics of driver's side. The rear drivers side needed just a tad more camber to clear. Most of time, normal to aggressive driving, I won't rub. Issue only occurs when going over an abrupt dip or bump, rear driver has minor scraping.

Bump for an excellent and well-pic'd post.

I don't know man. That thing looks pretty bad-ass just like that. I don't understand the "no center" look though. It just looks unfinished. Like old cars that would lose their hubcabs going around bends.

Anyways, good luck with the sale.

If someone is interested in the tires, I'll take the wheels. Anyone?

Did anything ever come about from this proposal? Because I might be interested in a similar deal.
