where did you get the intake manifold polished? how much was it?

 

I got it from an S2ki member a few years ago. It needed some additional work. I don't remember what I paid. it was sanded down and then polished for a long ass time to look like this.

is that an after market cover that goes in between the Intake Manifold and the valve cover? (the one covering the fuel rail) or is it the stock plastic one with chrome/silver paint on it?
