Default FS: J's Racing Type V Aero Hood

I'm selling my J's Racing CFRP (this is the version with a Carbon Fiber skin over a FRP frame) aero hood. It's been on a garage-kept S2000 and is in fantastic condition. I believe the only blemish is an almost unnoticable (even to me who notices EVERY chip on a car) rock ping or two.

Below are images that were taken earlier this week (they show the current condition of the hood).

I'm located in Rockville, MD and would prefer a local buyer, but will consider shipping if no local leads pan out.

These hoods sell for $1397.76 through Bulletproof, asking $1100 OBO + Paypal + Shipping (if necessary).

Thanks for looking

Thanks for the comments guys

s2k_powered, the fitment is great. There really isn't a hood you can buy that requires no adjustment at all (body shops sometimes even have to adjust new OEM hoods after doing body work), however with a little bit of adjustment the hood fits fantastically. There are hoods out there (mostly knockoffs) that won't ever fit no matter how much you adjust, but this one was really easy. I think I had to nudge the rear hinges a little bit and drop the latch mechanism a smidge, but it was really easy and nothing drastic at all!

(in the pics don't mind the corner on the left side of the front bumper, the bumper itself is a bit loose and I haven't fixed it because my replacement should be here within the week )

As you can see from the pics it looks fantastic

The J's hood's louvres and duct "hump" are a little more pronounced than the Mugen (the Mugen's edges are slightly more angular as well). In addition, there was a time when the Mugen hoods had a seam in the carbon that wasn't very aesthetically pleasing if you ask me. I don't know if they've corrected that now or not though.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. This is the CF/FRP version. It is the version that has a Carbon Fiber skin over an FRP frame.

Cheers!
