This kit has approx 10k miles on it. The only things you need to buy are Injectors & a fuel pump. I recommend Injector Dynamics & Walbro.

RHD - I have no idea, maybe someone can chime in here with knowledge of RHD S2k's?
If the steering rack is where Im picturing it to be, then it probably wouldn't fit.
