Default Lookee at what I did

well I finally did it ....again..... check out the pics

I had to re-route the wiring..if not the speakers wouldn't fit..so here went the long process of cutting, soldering and heat shrinking each wire...
[SIZE=7]

LAST ONE

OH and I had to cut a piece of the metal off..not a big deal..

Installed the crossovers under the dash where the passenger sits

OHH and I also did this

My CREW

Putting everything back together

Making sure everything works

Thats me!!

Finish product

Ohh and when I ment by doing it "AGAIN" because I actually have done the tv in the dash before...I did it August of 06, by November my car was broken into and they stoled my unit.. after insurance finally paid for everything it was February of 07..I quickly just did the whole thing again but never came out the same.... I left my job a few weeks ago and had some spare time (by the way if u know anyone thats hiring let me know..lol...) so i got off my ass and did it right this time and removed the dash and did everything real nice and clean (made it easier)...and since i was there might as well add rear speakers...all in all..everything went smoothly... Only thing new that were added to the mix were the
type r front and rear speakers and Alpine tweeters all around..door and head rest..
as for the alpine HU with Alpine touch screen LCD ive always had... enjoy the pics!!

well for it being the first time removing the dash...about an Hour...Once i found out how to do it..putting it back on took 30mins...The whole TV in dash process took around 3 days...from cutting the hole to modifying the bezel....However if I were to do it again it wouldn't take me that long.

any tips on removing it would be appreciated. I'm not putting in a screen, just changing dashes to change colors

thanks

Damn that looks familiar.

Mitch,

Removing the Dash is easier than it looks.

Start with the Steering wheel and go from there. Only a few bolts hold it on.

What are you gonna do with the Blue dash?
