I won it on ebay, it was pick-up only (maybe why no one wanted it. This is quite possibly the buy of the century only $3.25...And its even LIGHTER than the OEM aluminum hood. Anyone know what brand it is?

Wow thats cheaper then my freakin lunch .... I'd paint it and keep the vents raw carbon fiber. looks good
