Here are some pics from the Greddy turbo conversion to a GT3076 with 82ar. So far everything is working pretty well, if you have any question feel free to post. The conversion was done at JEimports in Baltimore Md. So far it making around 304hp 216 tq 8.5on a dyno pack sae corrected but was done on a 97 degree day. My greddy turbo was not working properly so I just decided to go this route. Everything fits pretty easily with just some minor modifications. It has a custom 3" down pipe, and you do not need to knotch the frame. Everything hooks up to the greddy manifold as well. I am currently making 280 hp at 6500rpms, I think this is a great option of people looking to be able to use a 3mm HG and increase the boost as of yet I have not done this but will over time. I think getting a larger dia cat and possibly a single would yield better gains. I also think the use of a AEM EMS would also yield better results due to the dip. I will post more info very soon.
Update:
Car is now at 330hp and 228tq, increased boost to 9.5 PSI and using a 3" TP, changed plugs. Now using the Greddy kit air filter.

did the have to notch the frame with that turbo? do you know what the final price is on the upgrade? i am very interested!!!!!!!!!
You don't need to knotch the frame it does fit well but you need a specific turbo. GT30r's run around $1,300 and it depends if you want the custom DP or if you want him to modify your current one. I would just call James to discuss it.

any idea if a gt35r would fit? Hmmm VTEC will feel like VTEC once again
I don't think so this was the largest turbo I could find that would fit on the greddy mani. You can get differnt version that spool faster with smaller ar but my goal is to do the 3mm hg over time.
