Since moving vtec down to 4K and installing the Mugen cat back I average 220wtq across the entire RPM range with boost ranging from 5.5 to 6.5 psi.

Note I have the AP2 Mugen header Stock OD TP and AP2 Mugen Cat back.
So on a stock exhaust car expect to see around 310-315wHP and around 210wTQ

The videos i'm thinking of were of a Silverstone (or Sebring?) with a prototype Eaton S/c kit, that ran on Methanol / Ethanol. Unless I'm getting the colors wrong, and you are infact "Sam'?
