Packaging Info:
The 32 oz. spray bottle is very basic with clear instructions printed on the side. The gallon container is a round jug which often drips and spills when you pour the liquid into a smaller bottle. I suggest for the gallon size that you add an anti-freeze bottle spout which can be purchased at local auto parts stores.

Color/Scent:
Folex is a light pink liquid with virtually no noticeable scent.

How I used it:
For spot cleaning I use Folex as indicated by the instructions on the bottle. First I spray the spot, let dwell, agitate, and then blot dry. For cleaning of larger areas I first dampen the fabric with water, then spray liberal amounts of Folex, let dwell for a minute, scrub, and then extract with my wet/dry vac.

Thoughts:
I'm not a big believer in using household products in the car, because I feel the car environment presents to a cleaner different challenges than found in the house. However, carpet and fabric cleaning seems to be pretty universal IMO. Plus, a lot of guys on Autopia and Detail City rave about Folex. So, I gave it a try. I've been using Folex now for nearly a year and can honestly say that I've been able to remove or 99% improve every stain I've ever come across. This stuff is easy to use, leaves no residue on the carpet fibers, and does not foam when used in an extractor. Hands down my favorite carpet/upholstery cleaner.

wow... I've been using blue corral for car/home... worked great for even when my dog puked in my S =(. Looks like folex is worth a try.

 

Folex truely works wonders. I have removed everything from scuffs on vinyl that would not come off with any other product to bug stains on my clearbra and even taken blood off a white t-shirt after I got cut on a piece of barbed wire. Great stuff.

I went and bought some of this after seeing this thread. I cant believe how well it works. I tried it on my friends stained floor mats, seats, and even his carpet in his living room. Every stain that I tried it removed perfectly and effortlessly.
