Well it seems as if we have some problems with our new forum, so I will just post in the normal section. Traveled to Orlando for this one, car was in a bit more rough shape than I expected..alot of deep swirls, scratches, GUM! The owner was lucky enough to have someone leave their wad of gum on the front fender/bumper of this thing..and without the proper chemicals the owner failed to get rid of it. I ended up spending a day-1/2 on this thing and I still was only able to get about a 90-95% correction rate with the deadline I was on.

Exterior:
Optimum Car Wash
DD "Uber" Red Drying Towel
DD "Uber" Wool Mitt
Dual Buckets with Grit Guards
3m "green" Masking Tape
Optimum Instant Detail Spray
Adams Professional Clay Bar
P21S TAW
Adam's Invisible Undercarriage Spray
Menzerna IP/LC PFW Pad
Menzerna 106FF/ LC CCS White Pad
Menzera PO85RD/ LC CCS Blue Pad
Menzerna Top Inspection
Tons of Uber MF Towels
Adams Window Cleaner
Black WOW
1z Einszett Gummi Fledge
P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel
Swissvax Pneu

LSP:
Lusso Oro applied with Uber Foam Applicator

Tools:
Dual Work Lamps
Dewalt Hi Speed Rotary
World's Greatest Boar's Hair Wheel Brush
Foam Pad Cleaning Brush
DD Detail Sponge
The Wheel Well/Fender Brush
The Spoke Brush
Canon Rebel XTi
Craftsmen 295MPH Vac/Blow

Now the pictures..

BEFORE:

The gum I mentioned..

Large scratches on rear quarter panel..

Wheels/Fenders being cleaned with P21S and various brushes..

In the halogens..

Do you notice anything in this picture?

Upon closer inspection, it looks as if there was some residue from a sticker and someone inexperienced with a buffer did a little burning action.. ;(

Taped up..

One pass with Menzerna IP on White pad...wasnt cutting it! No pun intended!

After a couple passes with Menzerna IP on a PFW pad..

After Menzerna 106ff/white pad..

FINAL RESULTS..

That HUGE scratch is now barely visible..

There were a couple deep scratches such as this one which can only be seen in certain lighting conditions..

Interior is next!

Thanks for looking!
