FS: C-West 10mm Wide Front Fenders
It's finally time to let the c-west fenders go. The best thing about the c-west fender is that these are the closest look to stock...considering the are 10mm wider.
These are actually one of the very few sets made in honeycomb carbon composite. They do not offer the front fenders in CHC material anymore. I believe the newer versions are Polyester carbon composites now. The definition for CHC and PCC are below:
Honeycomb carbon composite ( CHC ) involves inserting a sheet consisting of numerous thin honeycomb shapes, between two thin sheets of carbon fiber, creating the strongest, and lightest of all carbon composites. This method is often applied to the chassis of Formula-1 cars where the strongest and most lightweight materials are needed.
C-WEST uses PCC for almost all of its Carbon Fiber products. The polyester resin is the same as that of FRP, but instead of glass fibers, Carbon Fibers are used to reinforce the product. Unlike FRP, the Carbon fibers in PCC are layered on top of each other, which is what makes PCC extremely strong and durable.
They are used and will need minor repairs, but no major damages. Pictures are up!
If I don't get a bite on this soon, I will post it up in the FS section and ship them if I must. This is a great chance to get these because they have already been prep for paint. I can even send you to the same body shop I went to and have do the work in which I would highly recommend.
Price is $1,500 OBO. It's prepped and reinforced which costs about $700 alone. The wait time for a new set is about 3-4 months. Please, no low ballers. Just a reminder, these are no longer available in CHC and can only be purchased out of PCC.
The Pictures below are when they were 1st painted.

Current Conditon of the Fenders:
Passenger side needs minor work, but the driver side is still in pretty good condition.
