It's dark at night, and with torches, Locke, Jack, and Kate are looking down into the hatch, with Hurley standing back. The entire rest of the episode other than flashbacks will be dark because it all happens at night.

i dont know, man. it's like gilligan's island meets xfiles still. i can't say that i'm not really curious, but it feels like the writers are just dickin the audience around. good entertainment nonetheless.

 

Many symbolics symbols and foreshadowing. You need to like mysteries and suspense to enjoy this show..

Walt is a special boy, with hidden powers. I'm not sure if you seen all the episodes, but he has hidden powers that we don't know. He stood there wet "meaning" he wanted to let Shannon know that his boat sank.

He mumbled a few words. If you played the show backwards, he said "press the button, any button is good"

 

shannon heard the "voices of the others around her" so i thought that maybe he actually was standing there.
