Someone EXPLAIN this to me... (Confused)

Claimed by many manufactures, not just Buddy Club,:
Improve Horse power and torque
Improve Fuel Economy
Smooth idling with improve engine response
Improve all electrical component performance
Improve battery life
Explain to me how this improves HP and TORQUE? Obv, I'm not an electrical guy, so please NO FLAMES.

its just like a grounding system. i suppose it would increase hp/tq by increasing engine efficiency and reducing load on the alternator?

I have asked the same question many times BC.
People who have them + manufactures say that the motor is just not grounded as efficiently as it could have been from the factory and that when grounded properly the motor responds better and makes a little more HP and TQ...
It makes sense I guess, but I am still doubtful.
I have seen dynos showing HP increases, but I think they add octane booster between runs
. Not trying to flame anyone who has a grounding kit. They cant really hurt anything and they look cool.
I am just not convinced that the really do anything.
Buy one BC and dyno before and after and let us know the truth behind Grounding kits (no octane booster though)
