Here is a pic of both wheels for a better comparison.
The RS and RZ are pretty similar. Every other spoke on the RZ is offset. Honestley it looks like the guy at Advan forgot to deisgn a new wheel and just copied the RS at the last minute. Its not like Advan doesnt have enough 10 spoke wheel choices already
