As far as images, you will have to put them in your gallery, or link to them if they are hosted somewhere else. If there is another / better way, hopefully someone will let you know.

Bump... Anybody got any ideas? It has to be in the computer right? Since the ems is even recording a longer duty cycle for that injector?

Correct, the computer is adding this fuel intentionally, if those trend pens are indeed logging injector duty cycle. So it imight be possible to tune it out. Do you need to? is the big question.

I see three channels near 0% duty cylce, right? So I assume this is at idle / no load, right? At or near idle, the ECU is in closed loop mode trimming off the O2 sensor. Need to see timing advance, MAP, IAT, TPS, A/F, etc at this same instant to have a clue why it is doing that.

Click the overlays button. Once you set it up the way you want it, save it as a template. From then on, you can run the template to get what you want displayed.

Well, My original plan was to try and find at what rpm range injectors 2&3 were flowing more/less fuel then 1&4. However after many hours logging runs and reviwing logs I was able to find no consistant pattern. So I said screw it and figured Id just take a percetage out at redline, and average the percentage down at the lower rpm ranges. This helped some. But didnt fix the problem, so after a couple sessions of adjusting cyclinder fuel trims, and reading plugs then repeat. I was finally able to get them dialed in. I had to take around 20% fuel out of cyl3, and 14% out of cly2!! But at least they don't foul the plugs after a tank of gas now though. Seems like alot, but thats what it took. All plugs now read perfect, and the same across all 4 cylinders, and car finally feels like the rocket it should be. I bet I picked up 50hp, and it runs SO much smoother now, and the shifter shake has subdued GREATLY.

Bottom line: With no help from AEM I was able to fix this on my own, and boy did it make a difference, the car runs 100x better. Im getting larger injectors soon (maxing out my 550s at 8000 rpm at the moment) so we will see if this trim follows with the new injectors or not.

Interesting topic. But you will get better response if posted under the FI forum. Moving to FI.
