Can an AP2 ignition coil pack be used on an AP1 block?

The only person that has one available locally has it off an AP2, and none of the stores i tried carry it. I need one quick, thanks.

 

They are interchangeable.

you're the only person i've heard from so i'm gonna take your word for it and make the drive to pick it up haha.

even though the coils look the same on product pages, the reason for my concern was that the product specs were different (coil for 2.0 and coil for 2.2), and the coil packs for the ap2 are cheaper on every site i've been to.
