May have solved the Stock Spring Rates Mystery !
I tried to get the best explanation for the correct OEM spring rates changes over the years after spending several hours looking for information, mainly because it was bugging me

Good info, thanks. I agree, the correlation between SCC's measurements and the numbers Honda's percentage changes indicates a high confidence in those numbers.
That roughly corresponds to 7 kg/mm front and 6.25 kg/mm rear for the CR.

The CR shocks are significantly stiffer than the stock shocks, that makes a difference as well.
CR Front: Damping Force Increased 50%
CR Rear: Damping Force Increased 32%
(from 2008 spec)
Check your tire pressure, it's not uncommon to see 45psi from the factory.

The sway bar rates are easy, you can find them in the parts section at the dealership.

Honda had published that the 02-03 had 20% stiffer front springs and 10% softer rear springs, so there isn't that much of a mystery. The UK information is probably only talking about the front springs.
Anyway I am also sure that this information you posted about the % change in the 02-03 spring rates is news for the majority of us, and I hope its true, but could you kindly point us to the source of that information?
