Default The Dragon can be a rough road

As some of you know, Lee (S2000GT) was involved in a severe accident at the Dragon.

His car went down a very steep embankment and he hit a tree.

Thankfully there was an EMT and an EMT Trainee driving with us, they responded very quickly and were able to get Lee out of the car and stabilized until rescue workers could arrive.

He was transferred to a hospital in Bryson City, NC where he was evaluated and treated for his injuries. He has multiple cuts, bruises and abrasions, but his only serious injury is a broken arm. The break was severe enough that they transferred him to an Orthopedic specialist in another hospital. He underwent surgery to repair the arm yesterday and is recovering very well today.

He expects to be home on Tuesday night.

He appreciates that no one has posted up any speculation or rumor, and we all hope that respect continues. I doubt we will ever REALLY know EXACTLY what happened.

He is VERY grateful for all the support of his friends and the S2000 community. He will post up himself when he gets back home.

After looking down that hill, it's amazing he survived. I can't get the scene out of my mind. Lee's one tough wanker.
