Default Odd Flood Control / Post Jumping

Has this been noticed by anyone? I remember admin mentioning that the post jumping was due in part to the the timezones where people were posting from.

I've noticed the same. For example, a post would be quoted before it was posted.

Yep. Also, FC will stop me from posting up to 45-60 seconds after I post, and sometimes it won't stop me 5-10 seconds after I post.

hmm, shouldn't be. They are all synchronizing clocks from a single source. They should not be off by more than 0.01s. I will have a quick look to make sure...
