Default Halos and diffuser swap pics

First I would like to thank Dave (HKStallion) and his wife for hosting this event at their home. I never knew I wanted a dedicated home theater room but after seeing your set up, I might have to start looking for a part time job! Your theater is pretty sweet. Good thing I don't live closer to you........knock knock......It's John.....so what are you guys watching?......oh, I hadn't seen that movie......I just happen to have a bucket of popcorn and some drinks in the trunk. Also, it was nice putting faces to screen names and catching up with some old familiar faces.

From the Italians meet 'til the time I left Dave's home, I had a great time and everyone

I already said it in another thread but I'll say it again; Dave (w1ngman) did a superb job on my headlights as well as XclusiveAutosports. He took the utmost care and every precaution to make sure the final result is what anybody would expect when acquiring his services. And just when I thought he was done, he checked then re-checked his work to make sure everything worked and every screw, nut or bolt that was removed was put back in its proper location. He also double checked to be certain every light was working properly.

If you are trying to decide weather or not to have w1ngman clear your lights or install the halos, don't think twice. Just have him do it. You won't be disappointed.

Now for the pics. If you click them they will enlarge. I know some people don't like this kind of thing and I was on the fence about it too but when I saw them in person, it didn't take long to decide I wanted them.

John, I totally agree 100% with your thread... Dave and Nicole make excellent hosts! That theatre room is indeed _awesome_! I LOL'd at your "hey, what movie is on" comment. I liked your halos (angel eyes) so much that well...you'll "see" soon enough.

Great pics, BTW. Very, very sharp. x100!

I like it, it gives the headlights more life IMHO Just asking how much does a job like this cost?

I agree with them giving the headlights more life. A lot more cars nowadays are coming with HIDs and therefore becoming more common. I feel that with the halos added, it gives that extra something that sort of (in my mind) updates this almost 10 year old design. And if I saw them coming my way, I'd say, ooh, what's this coming?

As far as the price, w1ngman was offering special pricing this weekend so I'll let you PM him about official pricing. He may also chime in soon also.

I like the idea. I wonder how it would look with a much smaller halo, one that would bundle into a full circle (no hole).

glad you had fun. i can only imagine how hooked you would be on home theater if i had actually turned it on!

the car looks awesome. i am already planning for Dave to come back down, put the smoked JDMs in and give me the halos.

All,
the pics do not do it any justice. i was on the fence as well, but am kicking myself for not doing it.

Also, if you have an AP2, you MUST get them cleared. XAs AP2 CR looks AMAZING!!!

i am tempted to try to find some AP2 lights to swap.

Oh, and Dave (w1ngman) was cool too.

Dave
