I just had to share this story-

Many of you know my car was broken into and pretty much stripped inside. The thieves also stole my vertical amp rack purchased from Pas2knut a while back. I contacted Jim about getting a replacement (with no request for a discount or anything- his price is great to begin with). Anyways, he refused to take any more $ than it would take to ship a new one to my house. I feel bad taking business away from anyone, especially a great product that was worth every penny. As insurance was only going to cover a small part of the stereo, he told me use that $ on new amps and such. People like him make this forum great. I really appreciate the support I've received from the members here that have helped me out with this very trying experience.

Very very good guy. I needed a piece of carpet for something I made and he shipped it out and never asked for a penny.
