Default Info on 2004 Comptech Exhaust

The part number for the '04 intake will be #320-037 and the cat back is # 230-062 - it should be available late Feb - early March. It is unique to the 2004.

BTW, I just saw an awesome wreck on the way to pick up my daughter. Two C5 Corvettes, one red, one black, must have been racing, judging by the tire marks. One is now backward to the road on a 45 deg incline with the back cracked open literally against a stone wall. The other one is off the road in a clump of pine trees. Major flashing light activity.

Did I say the intake was different? - the antecedent "it" was the exhaust - I have no clue why the intake would be any different.

A Comptech specifically for the 2004? sweeet!!

I currently have a Comptech exhaust on my v6 Accord and I love it.

Hope they make the tips oval to better fit the '04s rear bumper.

Thanks for the info RR, let us know if you have some pics

Joe at Comptech said the price will be about the same, and that they likely would go to different tips "to fill out the valance better" on the MY04's. That might up the price a tad IMO.

I will update as info becomes available.

Here is the update:
The only difference is the horn bracket, the rest of the parts are the same for all years. On the exhaust, I got word that it will be the same price as the older models. It retails at $1189.00.

If this isn't a site sponsored product, perhaps a GB could be arranged - any interest, Kitzy?

Actually, the Comptech i had on my Acura TL-S was about the same as I recall. But yes, it does hurt - the full system (catted X-pipe/catback) from MagnaFlow on my SVT was about $650!
