MADD About Driving. (Charity drive to Monterey)

Me and some volunteers from the board are organizing a charity drive from Honda Corp. in Torrance Ca to Monterey Ca.
This is how it is going to work. Anyone that wants to participate has to collect $100.00 in donations, once you have that you are in. What we are going to do is drive from Honda Corp. to the Pismo Beach area and have lunch. From there we will drive up the coast along HWY 1 to Monterey. According to people that have done this drive, it is amazing. Once we get there we will check into our Hotel and have a Banquet dinner for all the participants. On Sunday we will drive to Laguna Seca and drive the track for 2 hours (pending) and come home.
All the money raised will go to MADD (Mother's Against Drunk Driving) and we want to raise awareness of how driving under the influence affects others. This event will take place on March 16th and March 17th 2002 and more details will follow. We will be giving away prizes for the people that raise the most money, and the prizes are going to be good (does anyone need wheels.
