it does, not a lot, but a little... on Honda Japan page for the s2000, it talks about it a little...

Those parts came with my car, and I'm contemplating removing them when I get some touch up work in the future.

I have the front and rear OEM spoilers, and it raises the top end speed by 1 mph. (OK, I made that up) It looks nice and doesn't weigh much. (OK, it was a dealer forced option)
