Hi, I need some help immediately. Appreciate it very much.

There's a loud clanking noise under the hood. When stepped on the gas, it'd become more rapid. Any idea of what is causing that? Please help! I'm sure I put in premium fuel like usual. But this happened a few minutes after I put in gas, and I also Vtec'ed once. And I thought it felt slower than usual.

I'm going to make an appointment with a Honda dealership, but it's going to take a while. Please help! Thank you!

Editing for pictures (all belong to cylinder #1):

It just clanks when the engine in turned on. I don't have to press in anything. It clanks by itself. Thanks!

This is my first problem since owning the car for almost two years. C'mon, Honda reliability, kick in for me!

It's coming from the general area of the block/head. My oil level is about half way between the marks.

I'm going to edit your title so it's more descriptive. Please try to do this in future. Thanks.
