Default I dont know if I should be awed... or cry??? (unreal burnout video)

This is video of an S2000 in a burnout contest. I haven't seen an S2000 do this, so if this is common (???) don't flame. I thought it was unreal!

This guy has to have cash.....

I suppose our friends at Tire Rack may be applauding the likelihood of new business coming in the door. Personally, I simply see the juvenile destruction of a beautiful piece of equipment for no particularly sane purpose. I shudder to think of the person who eventually picks up that machine as a used car. I wish it were not a twin of my 2002 New Formula Red car. I was trying to see if it was a 2002 year model, but I could not discern the presence of absence of the little trim rings on the tail lamps which mark the 2002 model through all that smoke. Fortunately, my iMac could not capture the repellent burnt rubber smell which was there for the spectators in the live audience.
I worked much too hard for the money to buy my S2000. That is about as much sport as 'hunting' by shooting a deer caught in a trap.

Looks like it has Euro plates and headlight washers so that isn't a US or CN spec car. This has also been around since before the 2002's came out so it's an 00 or 01. It's fun to watch but I sure coundn't treat my car that way.

Was that really a burn out contest? I heard that the car was onwed by a tire company and they were showing the durability of there new tires by doing that.
