Read the whole story. There was only two parts posted, right? I could find a link to more of the story. Totally messed up. I'd try real hard to wait for the legal system to resolve the dispute, but if it doesn't work out, Montoya would be looking at the business end of my 40 cal Glock.

Damn, that sucks... Seems like there were pleanty of warning signals, but the poor guy was blinded by the new car buzz... I hope they nail that bastard...

Just read it all (how long did it take you guys...took me about half an hour). Pretty ed up story. Driving the car through the guys garage and leaving would have been the best idea.
