Check it out:

http://www.hondasportsregistry.com/index.cfm

Looks like the S2000 does not qualify us for membership - it's too new. But the site has some great photos of the S2000's predecessors.

This part of the site traces the history of Honda sports cars. It's curious that they left out the S2000. Wonder why?

Spend some time on this site. It will help you appreciate the tradition of the S-series sports cars of which the S2000 is a part.

Great find!
If I was ever going to buy a real project car for resoration one of these would be it!
The site makes me a little sad though. If Honda had not lost sight of the P800 I might be driving a Honda 4x4 BigCab Pickup instead of my Nissan. So why can't Honda make a pickup??? Sure seems like Toyota and Nissan are selling lots of them!

I've been to that site before and was wondering the same thing... how the S2000 is ignored. Probably the HP difference is too much for the vintage group to handle. The morph was cool.

Rick,

Formula H is where I have my S serviced when needed! The shop is about 20 miles from my home. The owners are very nice guys and have invited us to their next vintage S drive in. It happens sometime in the late summer every year.

Reedz, I'll be there for that event! I'd love to see and drive with those vintage S-series cars. Keep us posted.
