Let there be no more doubts about the S2k's ability to run sub-14 sec times...

Last night, five S2000's from Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi met up at River city raceway drag strip. All of us except one (9k_to_heaven) had done this only once before...

The results were quite surprising!

First, Infinitebass: Mods = stock + intake, exhaust

13.95 sec


Next, Austin_S2000: Mods = stock + intake, header, TB

13.9757 sec @ 103.8569


and finally, Sev eat your heart out...

Rasputin314: Mods = stock + intake

13.8569 sec @ 100.64 mph

P.S. Two other S2000's were out there (A_MAY_zing_S2000 and (9k_to_heaven), both got 14.0 times!

curious but do you guys do a burnout to warm up the street tires before the run? I have this debate with someone that it isn't necessary with street tires.
