Default TODA spec A cams and a spoon head gasket

Running Toda spec A V2's and a spoon head gasket will there be any clearance problems??

Yes you will have valve to piston contact. Don't do it. Contact Toda www.todaracing.com

Depends on how thick the gasket is compared to stock. Toda doesn't recommend it, but we milled quite a bit off my head when we did the P&P and cams install, and I haven't had any clearance problems. It's pretty tight, though.
So, if the difference between the spoon gasket and the OEM gasket are small enough, you should be safe. You could also go with the JDM gasket, because I'm pretty sure that's fine.

Be careful, maximum lift according to the manual is 13mm, the Toda's lift to 12.75mm, leaving you .25mm, and the Spoon gasket is .3mm, compared to the stock .75mm, a difference of .45mm.

I might be missing something (and please anyone correct me if I am), but it seems to me you'd be firmly planting your valves into the piston by about .2mm, especially if you get any float at high RPM
