ifo vs. camaro
well i pulled at a light and we were there and it hit green. i just pulled in when it turned green and was still in 2nd gear. well we were off but while he was starting his screaming i was like"damn i need my engine to catch up to 2nd gear quick b/c i skipped 1st. well a few seconds later the 2nd gear revs kicked in and as i was getting toward 8k and shifted to 3rd it was as if there was a turbo boost!!! damn i took offf and left him in the dust i was so amazed. i quickly pulled the chute b/ci dont want tickets or anything in the area i was in! nonetheless it was sweet
the mustang was with my eyes closed! quick kill in 2nd! no bother

when i had mine replaced i asked the guy what the zipper was for he said for dropping the window down and leaving the back open without putting the top down...not sure if that's what it's for but that's what i was told.

I thought it was so you could access the secret compartment in the roof well?

It is to facilitate replacement, not for regular use.

Hmm, have to go check that out. If the window can be unzippered perhaps that would make it easy to clean/polish the inside. Can it be pulled outside with the window resting on the trunk?

The zipper is shown as "replacement of rear window" by Honda in the 2001 Service Manual. They also have sections on gasket replacement and on the Hard Top section, how to replace the glass if it were broken.
This zipper is not for regular use but SOMEBODY could make a 2-piece GLASS window which could be "zipped" in!
