Tried an ECU reset ??
Might just be the cold has triggered a sensor.

Were you manually holding higher than idle revs to expediate the warm up process? You should know that holding 3000rpm (ish) for an extended period causes the power steering to fail and the light relating to it to illuminate - it usually goes away after a few moments of driving. Failing that try and ecu reset

I can't remember why it does it? It happened to me once, I posted up and I *think* it was AE that advised me of the cause. It should be fine though - no harm done

Yup happened to me once, just the cold weather, seems to be when you rev it up a bit to warm it up from cold, EPS doesnt like it?!
